Fee Payment Policy

Policy Overview

Hastin International School maintains its commitment to educational excellence through the timely collection of fees. This policy ensures consistent funding for academic programs, facilities, and services while establishing clear expectations for all families.

Payment Requirements

All fees must be paid by the specified due dates as communicated by the school. Payment schedules are provided in advance to allow families adequate time for financial planning.

Late Payment Procedures

To maintain operational efficiency, the following structure applies to payments received after the established deadlines:

Grace Period Provision

A 3-business-day grace period is provided after each due date before any additional charges are applied.

Administrative Charges

Tuition Fees

  • Daily administrative charge: 100 THB (commencing after grace period)

Special Course and Transportation Fees

  • Daily administrative charge: 50 THB (commencing after grace period)

These charges reflect the additional administrative costs incurred by the school when processing late payments and continue to accrue on all calendar days, including weekends and holidays.

Financial Assistance Consultation

Parents experiencing temporary financial constraints are advised to contact the Finance Office prior to payment due dates. The school may consider alternative payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis, subject to administrative approval.

Academic Service Continuity

To ensure uninterrupted educational services for all students, the following measures may be implemented:

  • Term Commencement: Students with outstanding fee balances may be required to complete payments before attending classes for the new term
  • Extended Non-Payment: Accounts remaining unpaid after 60 days may result in enrollment termination and referral to external collection agencies
  • Academic Records: Official transcripts, certificates, and student records may be withheld pending settlement of outstanding balances

This policy is effective from the 1st July 2025. The school reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' written notice to parents.
